  Incompetent customer service! I purchased several items for online pickup, one being a $70 stylus. The day after pickup, I returned to this store to tell them that the stylus was broken and I'd like an exchange for the same item. When I had opened the packaging the night before, there was a piece missing from it. I had not even unwrapped it from it's protective plastic... The first response from the employee was that he couldn't return a broken item... When I emphasized the length of time I had owned the item as well as the condition of the item/packaging which he had just viewed himself, he said let me ask a manager. He returned with a manager who proceeded to tell me that I would only be able to make such an exchange at the store that the item was picked up from, which happened to be different because of other items not in stock at their store while ordering. They would be unable to help me at this store... WHY in the world would I need to drive across town (AGAIN) to a (less convenient) store to make an even exchange for an item that was clearly sold to me broken?!? Is Best Buy not a national chain?.. Would love to hear a reasonable explanation for what I can only see as a ridiculous excuse meant to give reasonable customers the run-around. Uggh.
